We do provide a trusted list of preferred vendors who know the Royal Princess well and are fully insured to meet our safety and service standards. These vendors have worked with us extensively, so they are familiar with the yacht’s layout, logistics, and flow of events — which helps ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your celebration.
That said, we understand that you may already have a favorite caterer, florist, entertainer, or other vendor you’d like to bring aboard. If your vendor is not currently on our preferred list, they are welcome to complete our vendor application and participate in our screening process.
This process is in place to verify that each vendor carries the proper insurance and understands the unique requirements of working on the yacht. Once approved, your vendor not only becomes eligible to cater your event but is also cleared to participate in future events aboard the Royal Princess.

Is Royal Princess Yacht handicapped accessible?
Yes, our first level dining deck is fully equipped with a handicapped bathroom and small outer deck.
While we are a 3 level vessel, those who prefer not to use stairs can fully enjoy their yacht experience on our main deck with full wheelchair accommodations.
