Services Provided
We offer yacht charter booking, related information, and customer support. All bookings, confirmations, invoices, and updates are processed through this site or by contacting us directly.
User Obligations
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to book charters.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or requesting a booking.
- You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account.
Booking & Cancellation
- All bookings require a 50% deposit upon signature of the agreement; the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non‑refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or change your booking due to weather, safety concerns, or operational issues. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
Payment Terms
- Payments may be made via credit card, ACH, or other methods specified during booking.
- All fees, taxes, and optional services must be paid in full by the due date.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or cancellation of your reservation.
SMS Communications & Compliance
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Jax Yacht Charter for booking confirmations, reminders, promotions, and updates.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions (e.g., confirmation, reminders, occasional promotions).
- Message & data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
- To opt out at any time, reply “STOP” to any SMS message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and no further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jax Yacht Charter and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Governing Law
